Methodology: impact = spend value (converted to M.EUR) × sector emission factor F (EXIOBASE pxp 2024, direct / per million EUR output). CO₂-eq uses GWP100 AR5 (CH₄×28, N₂O×265, SF₆×22800); HFC/PFC rows are already in kg CO₂-eq; biogenic emissions (CO₂_bio, CH₄_bio) are excluded. Many values are 0 because the F matrix is sparse — each sector only emits pollutants relevant to its processes.
